GP2016 new feature - Visual Studio SDK Project Template support for VS2015

I blogged about Visual Studio 2015 & Dynamics GP Addin Project Templates “install” in a previous post, but thankfully GP2016 Visual Studio SDK brings the installer of the Dynamic GP Add-In project templates to Visual Studio 2015 without any of that hard work. Something I was thankful of when I was setting up a new Hyper-V development environment today.

After navigating to the SDK on the GP installation media iso, "[drive]:\Tools\SDK\VS Tools\VSToolsSDK.exe" and then installing the SDK, Visual Studio will then have the GP project templates awaiting you in the new project window. Happy times!
