You can't transfer documents to a batch that's being transferred by a coworker–Dynamics GP

This message appeared trying to transfer Quote to Sales order. To work around it we changed the batch the Quote was in to a new batch. This worked allowing the transfer.

Unfortunately there was no time on this occasion to investigate it further, I expect clearing activity from the various activity tables would also have worked.
